Competitive Managers: Game days
Managers have different responsibilities during home and away games. For scheduled league home games, refs and timekeepers are paid by the NGHA. For exhibition games, refs and timekeepers are paid in cash by teams.
HOME TEAM

- For regular season games, choose League Gamesheet App Codes from the lefthand menu and for exhibition games, choose Portal Gamesheet App Codes from the lefthand menu.
- Find your game, and make a note of the code under the GameSheet Code column (take a screenshot).
- [If required] approve any affiliate players.
- [For exhibition games and playdown games] place cash for refs and timekeepers in an envelope for each with the appropriate game codes and team name written on the envelope (exact costs for the season will be provided by the head referee; these are different for every level).
- In the RAMP GameSheets app, select the appropriate game.
- Confirm the participating players and team staff.
- Sign the gamesheet.

During game | - Provide the appropriate codes to the referee and timekeper
- Timekeeper: GameSheet code
- Refs: Official code
-
Note that is recommended to have extra paper game sheets, notepads and pens available in case there is an issue with the app and the game details must be entered later. -
Opposing team: Visitor code (if applicable; they will also see that code in RAMP) |
