Heidi Knoll selected for BFL National Women’s Team Summer Development Camp

The Nepean Jr. Wildcats are pleased to announce that Heidi Knoll has been selected to attend the BFL National Women's Under-18 Team Summer Development Camp, taking place at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alberta. Knoll is one of forty-six of the country's top players to earn an invitation from Hockey Canada to attend the Camp, which starts July 29.

Pond to Podium Development

Looking for a way to keep busy off the ice and work on your hockey skills with some of the best women hockey players in the country?

Through Hockey Canada's Pond to Podium Development Series, Canada's National Women’s Hockey Team is offering coaches, players, officials and parents the chance to connect directly with Team Canada players and staff through a series of free webinars, focusing on player development, skills sessions and question-and-answer panels.

  • 4 skills series sessions led by national team staff
  • 4 We Are Coaches clinics led by women master coach developers
  • 3 holistic hockey training sessions for players led by national team staff
  • 2 Pond to Podium panels for coaches

ACC wins Silver at Paint it Purple

Congratulations to Allie, Aryanna, Carys, Ella, Emma, Heidi, Jaiden, Kaitlin, Lilia, Mackenzie, Micayla, Mila, Olivia, Quinn, Sarah and Sloan on an awesome weekend.

Girls brought home the Silver medal in a heartbreaking OT game. Our Wildcats showed heart, hustle and sportsmanship all for a great cause at the Paint it Purple DIFD tournament.

Players, coaches and fans all brought out their best purple gear to make the weekend awesome.

Peewee C in Bearville

Congratulations to Peewee C for bringing home silver in the Bearville Bearcats New Years Tournament Jan 3-5, 2020. After an impressive 5-0 record (17GF and 0GA) going into the final, they lost 2-1. The weekend showcased their hard work, positive attitudes and love for the game. Thank you to the coaches, staff, parents and players for making the weekend a great one!

PH3 in Kingston

Nepean Wildcats Peewee Girls were well represented in Kingston during the Jan 3-5, 2020 weekend. PH2, PH3 and PH8 all made the semis finals with PH2 and PH3 squaring off in the final game. After a very competitive 2-1 finals, PH3 was able to capture gold. Congratulations to all the girls who participated over the weekend.

BCBB Wins Kickin’ It in the Capital

Congratulations to the BCBB2 team for winning this weekend’s GCGH Kickin’ Ice in the Capital tournament. They battled through early tournament adversity to win gold in the final against their division rivals Gloucester Cumberland Stars.

Congrats to Abby, Alessia, Alexa, Anyssa, Arabella, Grace, Harper, Keira, Kirsten, Laura, Lauren, Maia, Morgan, Savannah, Shelbie, Sophia, Sophie. Your coaches and parents are so proud of your hard work!
