2017-18 Future Sens

Sign your team up for the Future Sens program before it is too late! Bring your team (along with an opponent) to the Canadian Tire Centre for a game on the same day as an NHL game!

A couple hours prior to the NHL game, your two teams will hit the ice to play a 40-minute exhibition game at the Canadian Tire Centre and friends and family are invited to watch. Later on that day, your two teams, friends and family will attend the Ottawa Senators game at the Canadian Tire Centre. This is an unforgettable NHL game day experience!

For the following Future Sens opportunities, we are offering a minimum ticket requirement of only 60 tickets per team (120 tickets per timeslot) along with the opportunity to sit in the lower 300-level!

PCB Win Gold in Whitby Tournament of Heroes

Wow! What a fantastic weekend the PCB team had in the 2017 Whitby Tournament of Heroes!
Congratulations go to the coaches and all the girls for their hard work and success!

AH2 Mighty Unicorns Win Silver in Durham West

Congratulations to the AH2 Mighty Unicorns for winning Silver in the Durham West tournament.

After going 3-0 in the round robin and a by to the finals, we ran into a tough team from Whitby. The girls played fantastic and had a ton a fun together all weekend.

Congratulations to Alexandra, Anika, Erin, Grace, Jasmine, Juliette, Katie, Kayla, Kyleigh, Leila, Maddie, Nicole, Olivia and Shelby. Thank you to all the parents for your help in making it a great weekend for the girls. Go Unicorns!

BH4 Benchwarmers Win Gold Gloucester

Congratulations BH4 Benchwarmers for bringing home the gold in the Gloucester Kickin’ Ice in the Capital tournament!

You showed great heart, team work, and enjoyment in going undefeated in the round robin with no goals against, beating host Gloucester in the semi-final 3-2, and another host Gloucester team in a nail-biting 1-0 overtime win in the final.

Four Wildcats Representing at U18 Nationals

Congratulations to Nepean Jr Wildcats Lauren Bellefontaine, Abygail Moloughney and Sophie Wolf who have been selected to represent Ontario as part of Team Ontario Red, and Josie Chisholm who has been selected to represent Team Atlantic.
All for the 2017 National Women’s under 18 championship in Québec City.

The event will take place from November 1-5, 2017. Good luck ladies!

ACB Take Home Gold in Kitchener FallFest!

Congratulations to ACB for winning GOLD at the Kitchener FallFest Tournament!!

After going undefeated in the round robin, ACB played 2 hard fought games in the quarter-finals against Scarborough and the semi-finals against Sarnia to advance to the finals. In the finals, against the host Kitchener Lady Rangers, ACB played with respect, hard work and puck pressure that resulted in a nail-bitter 1-0 victory!

Congrats to Addy, Ali, Amelia, Ava, Bryanna, Izzy, Keira, Kinnon, Lucy, Maggie, Maya, Mimi, Nicole, Rachel, Sienna, Veronica and Zoe!

AH5 Atom Ice Devils Take Gold In Gananoque !

Congrats to the Atom Ice Devils (AH5) who went undefeated to capture the gold in the Gananoque Royals Tournament November 17-19!

The team battled hard to fill the net 20 times in 4 games and their stingy defensive play may have been even more impressive as they only allowed 3 total goals against in all those games, including 2 clutch shut-outs.

Great fun was had by all, and the girls’ teamwork was on full display by Aly, Amaya, Bella, Charlie, Charlotte, Emily, Gabby, Lila, Lily, Norah, Olivia, Portia, Sabrina, and Selena!

Novice Hurricanes Take Gold In Gananoque !

Congratulations to the Nepean Novice HL5 Hurricanes for winning Gold at the Gananoque Royals Girls Hockey Tournament!

It was an extraordinary team effort with all girls contributing. The Hurricanes benefited from 10 different goal scorers, a huge OT performance in the semi-finals, and championship goaltending! It was beautiful to see.

Somewhere in the double-cut pizza and the ‘Dom Hula-Hoop’ the Hurricane’s found the winning formula! Special thanks to all the parents that made the weekend extra special with movies, snacks, crafts, face paint, and even manicures.

ACA Takes Gold In Kanata!

Congratulations to ACA for winning GOLD this weekend in the Kanata Rangers Competitive Tournament!!!

The girls won their last 3 games putting them top in their pool. They showed great determination and team work. The final was a nail biter! The girls worked hard for this GOLD medal, the coaches worked equally hard for this victory!
