PCAA Gold in 2019

Going 6 for 6 winning gold in tournaments , winning the regular season being undefeated, undefeated playoffs and a gold medal in the league finals, and culminating everything with a Gold at provincials.Their development on and off the ice as athletes, their commitment to excellence and their continued growth as strong, confident, and disciplined young ladies has been exceptional.

The girls developed great friendships and had a TON of fun competing all season which is what it’s all about! Congratulations on Provincial Gold PCAA.

Following their Gold victory on Championship Day, this incredible group of young ladies fought hard to achieve Silver at Provincials.

PCA1 Captures Gold at Provincials

PCA1 took the long road at provincials and played 7 games including the final 5 which were must win elimination games and they battled the whole way through to capture PeeWee A gold at Provincials.

All 17 girls were integral to the success of the team throughout the season and at Provincials. The girls motto all weekend was ….
“Be EXTRAORDINARY not just ordinary”

PCC Win Bronze at Provincials

A huge congratulations to Nepean Wildcats PCC on their well-deserved Bronze Medal win at Provincials.

The team worked hard throughout the season. They faced strong competition at provincials. After a close semi-final game that went into three overtimes, they came back hard in the bronze game to prove they’re among the top in the province.

Congratulations to Abbey T, Abby B, Ally, Amelia, Ava, Charlie, Elly, Grace T, Gracie W, Izzy, Kate, Kristen, Maya, Melinda, Mimi, Rachel and Shyla as well as coaches Will Mayda, Rod Tulk and Jeff Wingate and all the amazing parents who dedicated themselves to this team with their encouragement and volunteer effort.

ADS Wins Gold in Leaside

Congratulations to the Nepean Wildcats Atom DS team for their hard-earned Gold medal win this weekend at the Leaside March Break Madness Tournament. They fought hard throughout the tournament, winning every game leading up to finals against some tough competition. They only let in four goals throughout the six games played and showed their opponents their strength as a great passing team and ressourceful with some creative defensive tactics. They showed their resilience and determination by coming back from a 2-0 deficit to win the tournament with a 3-2 final score. Proving once again that they are the team to beat this season!

Congratulations Portia, Anna, Aryanna , Jaiden, Amelia, Sophia, Lily , Olivia, Victoria, Catriona, Brooke, Meredith, Katelyn, goalies Keira and Ruby, as well as coaches Eric Pickering, Cory Cosgrove and staff.

PCC Win Gold at DIFD

Congratulations to the Nepean Wildcats PCC team for their gold medal win this weekend. They played a great tournament, winning every game leading up to finals and only let in one goal through five games. They worked hard as a team throughout the tournament and truly deserve their hard-earned gold medals!

PH8 Win Gold in Brockville

PH8 earned gold at the Brockville February Freeze hockey tournament February1 to 3.

They needed double overtime and a shoot-out in the semifinals to go to the finals. In the finals the girls defeated Cornwall 2-1 to earn the peewee house tournament championship.

The coaching staff of PH8 would like to congratulate the girls on their great team effort in the tournament: Alexis, Kathleen, Anika, Emily, Kylie, Toryn, Rosalie, Jasleen, Sequoia, Mina, Jordan, Annabelle, Emma and Amy.
