SHANNON DONNELLY

MCAA

Welcome to the Nepean Wildcats Midget AA team!

My name is Shannon Donnelly and I am very excited to be taking on the role of Head Coach for the upcoming season. My coaching staff will consist of 2 additional female non-parent coaches, Jessica Schroeder and Nikk Blazenko. Our main focus this season will be on development. Our plan will be to help each player be successful by building their confidence, emphasizing hard work in both practices and games, learning how to play as a team and dedicating time towards individual skill. Our goal is to implement structure and discipline to create a culture where commitment to the team is the number one priority. It is our role as coaches to ensure that the players reach their full potential and most importantly, have fun in the process.

Thank you to all the great players who attended tryouts

Congratulations to the following players who will be on the Midget AA team for the 2019-2020 season.

Program of Excellence:

The players will have the opportunity to work with and learn from all of the coaches involved in the program, which includes the PWHL coaching staff. The entire coaching group will work together to run high intensity practices focused on skill development and team tactics. The coaches will work to create a culture of elite athletes dedicated to the sport, their teams and the program. The expectation of the players will be to work hard, be committed to the process and be excellent teammates.
