Wildcats Day

WILDCATS DAY is on Saturday, October 24th. We have an action-packed day lined up for players, families, and fans at the Minto Recreation Centre. Show your Wildcats pride, and celebrate the game we all love!

Join the FUN!

We are proud to support our Charity Partner, Next Shift Hockey. All proceeds raised will go directly to supporting their work and making a difference in the hockey community. Come early for the opening ceremony at the U11B game at 9:15 AM, and stay to enjoy the festivities:

• Wildcats Fan Zone: Get game-ready with face painting, design custom bracelets and posters, take a photo at our booth, and make a Wildcat cheer pin for your teammates and coaches.
• Bake Sale (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM): Wildcats will be selling goodies and sweets at the Minto canteen.
• The Goalie Game (4:45 PM): Ever wondered what happens when goalies leave the crease but keep the gear on? Get ready for awkward skating, questionable stickhandling, and plenty of laughs!
• Vintage Jersey Sale: Why let the players have all the fun? Pick up a vintage Wildcat jersey in our “pay what you can” sale.
• Used Equipment Drive: Bring your gently used hockey equipment to share the love of the sport with our community. All donations go to Next Shift.

We Need Your Help!

• Wildcats Bakers Unite: Showcase your baking talent at the charity bake sale at the Minto main floor canteen. Drop off starts at 7:00am. Please sign up HERE  to donate your baked goods
• Volunteer: We are looking for rockstars to help play music, run the bake sale, and monitor the Fan Zone. Sign up HERE or drop us a line at NGHACommunications@gmail.com to lock in your spot!
• Goalie Game: We still need goalies and volunteers, think you can handle it? Sign up HERE! Have questions? Reach out to nghacompdirector2@gmail.com

Thank you in advance for supporting our players and helping to make this a wonderful NGHA community event. See you there!
