NGHA Member's Meeting:
Proposal of 2024-25 Board Structure and Constitution Updates

Purpose
This meeting ahead of the AGM will focus on reviewing the proposed NGHA board structure, and corresponding updates to the Constitution.
In the event that the proposed board structure is not approved, we will proceed by voting for members based on the existing board structure and any vacancies that may exist.
Proposed Organizational Chart
The proposed NGHA board structure has been designed to meet the needs of our growing membership by updating the role of Treasurer to Vice President, Finance and adding an Administration Director position that will be responsible for a number of communications and other administrative functions to keep members up to date on important NGHA information and initiatives.
The proposed structure includes 11 voting members + President, as follows:
Constitution Updates
The Constitution updates will align with the proposed organizational structure, with a particular focus on Section 3: Officers and Directors

Immediately following the above-noted members meeting, we will hold our Annual General Meeting, where members will vote on Board appointments and bursary winners will be announced, and one member in attendance will have the chance to win an NGHA registration for the 2024-25 season.
