Note that if we are unable to post continuations by 11pm, they will be posted after 4pm the following day. If the following day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we will post after 9am.

Established in 1978, the NGHA has grown to become the largest girls hockey association in the Ottawa area.
Our goal is to encourage our athletes' love of hockey while also fostering skill development, fair play, team discipline, self-discipline, self-confidence, respect for others and life skills that will serve them on and off the ice.
