NGHA raises $8,000 for DIFD at the Royal

The Nepean Girls Hockey Association raised $8,000 in support of DIFD at the Royal through our 2024 Competitive and House League Tournaments.

Wildcats Kaitlyn Byrnes and Meaghan Whiffen presented a cheque on behalf of the NGHA at the PWHL game in Ottawa on Saturday, March 2. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

DIFD is a youth-driven movement that aims to create an open dialogue about youth mental health. DIFD supports the Royal Ottawa through education, awareness and research initiatives that encourage young people to talk openly about mental health and seek help when needed.
