NGHA DECEMBER DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

Ashley Holmes and Apex Hockey are offering exclusive development sessions for NGHA players of all ages and skill levels over the course of the 2024-25 season:

ASHLEY HOLMES

Ashley Holmes is a certified Power Skating Coach and one of the top skating experts in the Ottawa region. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with registration opening the Tuesday before the following week's sessions.

APEX Hockey

APEX Hockey specializes in delivering top-tier training, pushing players to their peak performance with expert coaching, advanced technology, and evidence-based techniques. Available sessions will be posted regularly below, with registration opening the Tuesday before the following week's sessions.
